The Hailey Bieber Pizza Toast with a Chizou twist

It seems we're not the only ones who love bread and cheese 😉 Since Hailey Bieber's pizza toast went viral, we've been experimenting with different ways to make it our own. Here our Chizou version of it, smakelijk eten! 

Ingredients

• 2 slices of bread
• 1 tomato, sliced
• 4 teaspoons of pesto
• 1 hand full of our Pasta Lovers cheese & 1 hand full of our Pizza lovers cheese
• Tomato sauce
• Basil
• Balsamic vinegar
• Olive oil or (vegan) butter
• Salt, pepper to taste

Steps

• Marinade the tomato slices in balsamic vinegar, olive oil and salt & pepper
• Butter or oil the slices of bread on both slides and grill them in a pan for a couple of minutes until brown
• Spread some pesto on both slices
• Add our Pasta Lovers Chizou
• Add a few marinated tomato slices
• Add a table spoon of tomato sauce & some basil
• Top up with our Pizza Lovers Chizou
• Grill in the oven at 180° for about 10 minutes (or according to your preference!)
