
Sunshine-filled vegetable "tian"

Ingredients:
- 1 yellow courgette
- 1 green courgette
- 1 aubergine
- 4 tomatoes
- Herbes de Provence
- Bread crumbs
- Olive oil
- Our pizza lovers Chizou 🎉
Steps:
- Slice all vegetables and assemble them one after the other in the dish
- Sprinkle with olive oil and herbs
- Mix bread crumbs & Chizou together in a separate bowl
- Sprinkle the Chizou mix on top of the vegetable
- Top with more olive oil, salt & pepper to taste
- Cook for about half hour in the oven (until veg is nicely golden & Chizou is nicely cooked & grated).
