Delicious cheesy spinach savoury cake, that's our next recipe! Just as tasty eaten hot or cold, make a big batch & keep this healthy cake for quick lunches, or chop it up into little cubes for apéritif. Made with our Tex-Mex Lovers cheese ;)
Ingrédients
- 3 eggs or 3 vegan eggs (3 tablespoons of flaxseed mixed with 3 tablespoons of water)
- 120g of flour
- 1 onion
- 250g fresh spinach
- 2 tablespoons of pesto
- 10cl plant-based milk
- 10cl olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder or soda
- 120g of Tex-Mex Chizou
Steps
- Chop the onion and cook in a pan until soft/brown
- Add spinach and cook until soft
- Mix wet ingredients together in a bowl
- Mix dry ingredients together in a bowl
- Mix the dry and wet ingredients together, and add the onion-spinach mix
- Butter/oil a cake mould before pouring in the mix
- Cook for 45 minutes at 180°C
