Want some inspiration for a quick cheesy plant-based lunch? Here is a simple recipe for a healthy tasty Chizou wrap!
Ingredients
- Tortilla wrap
- 1 avocado
- Coriander to taste (or other herb of choice if like Ilana, our founder, you can't stand it!)
- Lemon juice
- Cumin
- Salt & pepper
- 1 tomato
- Roquette
- Chizou flavour of choice (here we use our Pasta Lovers)
Steps
- Make the guacamole by crushing the avocado & mixing it with lemon juice, cumin, salt & pepper, and coriander (or not 😂)
- Slice tomatoes
- Cut the wrap length-wise until the middle
- Place all ingredients on one quarter of the tortilla & fold in 4
- Heat up on a pan until cheese is melted (you may need to flip the tortilla depending on how how your pan is!)
