- Nacho chips
- 1 avocado
- Coriander
- Lemon juice
- Cumin
- Salt & pepper
- One tomato
- Spring onion
- 150g of Tex Mex Lovers’ Chizou
- 100ml of your milk choice (we like oat!)
Steps:
- Make the guacamole by crushing the avocado, adding the seasonings (salt & pepper, lemon, coriander, cumin).
- Melt Chizou on low heat in a pan. When it’s completely melted, add the milk and mix it all together
- Pour the sauce on the nachos
- Throw some diced tomatoes & spring onion on top
- Enjoy hot hot hot 🔥
