We're hanging to summer with this very easy Chizou tomatoes provençales recipe! Eat it as a side dish, a quick bite for lunch with a slice of toast, or as part of a wider tasty buffet when sharing with family and friends.
Ingredients
- 8 tomatoes
- 100g of breadcrumbs
- 120g of our Pizza Lovers' Chizou
- 1 garlic cloves
- Herbes de Provence
Steps
- Cut the tomatoes in two
- Heat up a pan, and fry up the oil
- Add the breadcrumbs first, then some Chizou and mix it all together
- Spread the mix onto the tomatoes when the cheese has heated up
- Sprinkle some herbs on top
- And put them in the oven for about 30 minutes at 180°C
